General Conditions of Sale
Scope of application
These General Conditions of Sale regulate the commercial relationship between Muzybar Computer, S.L. (hereinafter, "MUZYBAR") and the customer (hereinafter, “CUSTOMER”).
By placing orders and receiving deliveries from MUZYBAR, the CUSTOMER accepts these General Conditions of Sale in their entirety and agrees to comply with them.
Any modification to the General Conditions of Sale must have the written consent of both parties.
Product information and prices
MUZYBAR strives to offer accurate and detailed product information. However, photographs and descriptions are indicative and slight variations may exist.
Prices included in quotes, and published in price lists and on the web are net distribution prices and may be modified without prior notice.
Purchase process
Purchases can be made via:

Payments
Payment may be made according to the usual conditions agreed upon between MUZYBAR and the CUSTOMER, by bank transfer; or for web purchases, also by bank card.
MUZYBAR reserves the ownership title of all products it sells until the total amount of the product and services has been fully satisfied.
Shipping and delivery
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (provided they meet payment conditions and are in stock) will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (provided they meet payment conditions and are in stock) will be shipped the following day.
Shipments will be made with shipping costs charged, having a flat rate of:
- €7.50 in the Peninsula, provided the shipment does not exceed 30 Kg.
- €13.90 in the Balearic Islands, provided the shipment does not exceed 30 Kg.
- For shipments over 30 Kg in the Peninsula, as well as shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, specific quotes will be provided.
Shipments will be made by the most common agencies (GLS, CEX, SEUR, Redur) as MUZYBAR considers appropriate.
The CUSTOMER may always choose to send their own transport agency to collect, assuming the shipping cost.
Incidents
You can manage your incidents through the customer portal at www.muzybar.es.
Damages caused by transport are not the responsibility of MUZYBAR.
It is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to note any defect in the received merchandise on the carrier's delivery note, and to report it to MUZYBAR within a period NOT exceeding 48 hours from receipt.
Warranty conditions
The warranty begins on the product acquisition date, this being the invoice date. It is held by the invoice holder and cannot be transferred.
Muzybar provides a 3-year warranty on its Premier brand, unless expressly stated otherwise.
For other brands sold by Muzybar, whatever the manufacturer establishes in each case.
The following shall be excluded from the warranty:
- Breakdowns or failures caused by ignorance, configuration errors, misuse; as well as wear and tear from normal operation.
- Breakage, damage from impacts, drops, power surges. As well as damages caused by transport arranged by the customer. And any other cause external to Muzybar.
- The alteration of labels and seals will result in the total loss of the warranty.
- Repairs for maintenance, adjustments, revision, or cleaning.
Processing:
The customer may request the RMA by email, phone, or from the web customer portal.
Muzybar will communicate acceptance of the RMA to the customer via email, attaching the document to be sent with the product.
The customer must send the product prepaid (carriage paid), perfectly packaged in its original box and with all its accessories.
Shipment must be made within 15 days once the RMA is accepted. If the product has not been received after 15 days, the RMA will be cancelled.
RMAs sent freight collect, not accepted, or without the attached document will not be accepted.
Once repaired, Muzybar will send the product to the customer prepaid.
In the event the product is out of warranty, the customer will be informed and a written repair quote will be provided.
The validity of the quote will be 15 days. In case of no response from the customer, it will be considered as not accepted and the RMA will be cancelled.
Products remaining in Muzybar's warehouse for a period exceeding 3 months, without resolution by the customer, will be discarded and sent for recycling.
Repairs have a 3-month warranty on replaced parts and labor.
Returns
The customer may request the return of a product within a maximum period of 10 days.
The return request follows the same processing procedure as the RMA.
The CUSTOMER must send the product in its original packaging, with all its accessories and with the original packaging protected to avoid deterioration.
Failure to meet these requirements will generate billable expenses to cover the incidents.
The credit for the return must be authorized by our technical team once the material has been reviewed.
And the payment of the credit will be compensated against outstanding balances or future purchases.
Jurisdiction
In the event of litigation, the contracting parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
